+ How do I know your copy will get me sales?
Luxury brand copywriting alone won’t guarantee sales. Copywriting is just a small piece of a successful brand or business. The true value of a brand is found in its quality products and superior customer service. No amount of copywriting can qualify either. In short, copywriting works best when it is the sugar on top.
+ How do I work with you?
Life is Deleesh operates on a per-project basis. Each project, from product descriptions to website copy overhaul, is a collaboration. Complete the form to get started. From there, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your specific copywriting needs and determine the package and timeline that best accommodate your business. My detailed Client Brand Q+A helps me gain insight into what you do, who you do it for, and why you do it. I also get to know your brand voice and business objectives. Once I receive your Q+A, we’ll schedule a call to talk through it. Then I begin curating your copy. For each project, I provide up to two rounds of revisions and you always have direct email access to me.
+ What's your availability?
To best serve my clients, I accept only a limited number of projects per month. The best way to learn my specific availability is to inquire. Of course, if I am not able to accommodate your particular project, I am always willing to recommend another talented and experienced brand copywriter.
+ How much does copywriting cost?
I am committed to delivering quality copywriting services. All projects are custom quoted and determined by the size of your business, specific needs, and ROI of the finished product.
+ How long does copywriting take?
One of the first things we discuss is your timeline so that we can create a schedule that works for you. As a general guideline, website copywriting ranges from 3-6 weeks, brochure copywriting from 2-4 weeks, product descriptions from 1-2 weeks, sales page copywriting from 2-4 weeks, and email sequence copywriting from 2-3 weeks.
+ Can you take on projects at short notice?
In a perfect world, I need at least one week to schedule in new projects. However, if your copywriting needs are urgent, and I have capacity, I’ll try my best to accommodate you. Please note that rush projects incur a rush fee.
+ Do you offer refunds?
Fees and deposits are non-refundable. Accepting your copy project means I begin researching your business, services, target audience, and competitors. The research phase is extensive and takes time before a word is written. However, I offer my clients a detailed process and revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the work.
+ Who owns the copyright to the work?
Why, you, of course. Once the project is complete and paid in full, the copyright is automatically transferred to you. However, I do ask as part of my terms of agreement that I am able to use portions of our work for my own marketing materials.
